We had an exciting time with the teens and preteens at BeamLight Foundation Coaching/Mentoring Class that held on Saturday, 15th June 2024. The youngsters were encouraged to aim to surpass their academic goals. Never should they give in to distractions and discouragement! Every child has the potential to excel; with discipline, dedication and focus excellence will be achieved.
Participants were also reminded of the need to manage anger appropriately. Getting angry in itself isn’t an offence; however improper handling of anger can result to dire consequences. The youngsters were admonished to learn anger management techniques like: taking deep breaths, exercising, relaxing and staying calm, talking to someone et cetera.
